系统性红斑狼疮患者非糖皮质激素相关骨代谢异常的研究进展

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种自身免疫性疾病,骨量减少、骨质疏松和骨折等骨代谢相关并发症导致患者的致残率增加,严重影响其生活质量。SLE疾病本身即存在骨代谢异常、破骨细胞活性增加、成骨细胞活性减弱,表现为非解偶联骨转换。研究表明,SLE患者常缺乏钙和维生素D,多种骨代谢相关基因及信号通路异常参与SLE骨丢失的发生发展过程。其中,经典Wnt信号通路的抑制在SLE骨代谢异常导致的骨丢失过程中起主导作用,而基于经典Wnt信号通路的靶向干预治疗有望取得更好的临床疗效。本文对SLE患者非糖皮质激素相关骨代谢异常的研究进展进行综述。
