重大突发事件下公众心理健康及其相关影响因素研究

Study on the Mental Health of the Population and Its Related Influencing Factors under Major Emergency Circumstance

心理健康随着突发事件的发展而发生变化。本文通过对19340个样本进行调查,分析重大突发事件下民众的心理健康状况,探讨各种因素对个体在突发事件中心理健康的影响。结果发现:性别、户口、教育程度、家庭年收入、网络使用情况、社会支持、生活希望感对社会公众的心理健康状况具有显著性影响。拥有较高的城市生活保障能力、较雄厚的社会支持资本,能够显著地提高重大突发事件背景下个体的心理健康水平。在此基础上,以完善心理防控和应急心理干预体制为目的,提出注重发挥媒体信息传播的积极作用、加强社会心理服务体系人才队伍建设、积极开展社会组织心理援助活动等启发性政策建议。

Mental health changes with the development of emergencies.This paper analyses the influencing factors of people's mental health status under major emergency circumstance through a survey of 19,340 samples,and explores the impact of various factors on individuals'mental health during emergencies.The findings are that:gender,Hukou,education level,annual household income,internet usage,social support,and sense of hope in life have a significant impact on the development of mental health of the public.Having a higher ability to secure urban life and higher social support capital can significantly improve the mental health of individuals in the context of major emergencies.On this basis,in order to improve the system of psychological prevention and control and emergency psychological intervention,enlightening policy suggestions are put forward,such as focusing on the positive role of media information dissemination,strengthening the construction of talents in the social psychological service system,and actively carrying out the psychological assistance activities of social organizations.
