列车整平压实系统优化在泊江海子矿的应用

摘要 基于中国煤炭资源分布与经济发展区域存在很大差异,市场需求与销售系统导致大量的煤炭需要长距离运输,泊江海子煤矿是国内煤炭产销地不平衡的典型代表,采用列车整平压实系统可以有效防止煤炭沿路抛洒,降低环境污染和运输消耗。为了满足泊江海子煤矿装车站空间要求,对整平压实系统设备框架、压辊布置形式、控制室进行优化,保证现场空间要求和系统使用功能,同时也节约投资费用,取得良好的经济效益和使用效果。 Due to significant differences in the distribution of coal resources and economic development regions in China,market demand and sales systems have led to the need for long-distance transportation of a large amount of coal.Bojianghaizi coal mine is a typical non-balance mode in terms of coal production and marketing region in China.The train leveling and compaction systems are adopted to effectively prevent coal from being scattered along the road and reduce environmental pollution and transportation losses.In order to meet the space requirements of loading stations,we have optimized the equipment framework,roller layout,and control room of the traditional leveling and compaction system,meeting the on-site space requirements and system usage functions.At the same time,it can save investment costs and achieve good economic benefits and application effects.
