摘要
岩白菜素是广泛存在于岩白菜和朱砂根等植物中的重要活性物质。除已知的抗炎、抗氧化、降血糖、护肝、护肺及保护神经等功能外,近年来岩白菜素及其衍生物的抗肿瘤特性受到了广泛关注,多项研究表明岩白菜素及其衍生物能够通过多种途径抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、分化和侵袭并影响细胞凋亡。鉴于岩白菜素在肿瘤治疗中的重要作用,笔者综述了近年来岩白菜素及其衍生物抗肿瘤作用及其机制的最新研究进展,为岩白菜素在肿瘤治疗领域的进一步研究和应用提供理论依据。
Bergenin is an important active substance that widely exists in plants such as Bergenia purpurascens andArdisia crenata Sims.In addition to the known functions of anti-inflammation,antioxidation,hypoglycemia,liver protection,lung protection and nerve protection,the anti-tumor properties of bergenin and its derivatives have received widespread attention in recent years.Many studies have shown that bergenin and its derivatives can inhibit tumor cell proliferation,differentiation and invasion and affect apoptosis through a variety of ways.In view of the important role of bergenin in tumor treatment,this paper reviews the latest research progress on the anti-tumor effect and mechanism of bergenin and its derivatives in recent years,which provide the theoretical basis for further research and application of bergenin in the field of tumor therapy.
