模块化教学在中医科实习生培训中的应用

摘要 目的探讨模块化教学在中医科实习生培训中的应用效果。方法选取2020—2022年中国医科大学附属第一医院实习生作为研究对象,将2020年入院的实习生作为对照组,2021年入院的实习生作为观察组。对照组采用常规理论、操作培训,观察组采用模块化教学。比较两组出科考核成绩、实习生综合评价、实习生中医技能得分。结果观察组实习生的出科理论考核成绩为(95.38±1.62)分、操作考核成绩为(92.68±1.06)分,均优于对照组的(90.71±1.34)分、(82.07±2.45)分(P<0.05);观察组实习生的综合评价得分为(106.65±2.85)分,优于对照组的(90.76±3.62)分(P<0.05);观察组实习生中医技能得分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中医科实习生带教中运用模块化教学,能够提高学生的中医操作技能、综合评价和出科考核成绩,同时也能为临床带教方法提供新的思路。 Objective To explore the application effect of modular teaching in the training of traditional Chinese medicine interns.Methods The interns in The First Hospital of China Medical University from 2020 to 2022 were selected as the research objects.Those admitted in 2020 were selected as the control group and those admitted in 2021 as the observation group.The control group re-ceived conventional theory and operation training,and the observation group received modular teaching.The two groups were com-pared in terms of exam results,comprehensive evaluation of interns and scores of TCM skills of interns.Results The theoretical scores and operational scores of interns in the observation group were(95.38±1.62)points and(92.68±1.06)points,which were better than those in the control group(90.71±1.34)points and(82.07±2.45)points(P<0.05).The comprehensive evaluation score of the observa-tion group was(106.65±2.85),which was better than that of the control group(90.76±3.62)(P<0.05).The scores of TCM skills in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modular teaching can improve students’TCM op-eration skills,comprehensive self-evaluation and examination results,and provide new ideas for clinical teaching methods.
