提升辨证施护能力在临床带教中的应用价值

摘要 目的分析提升辨证施护能力在中医护理教学中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月在抚州市乐安县人民医院实习的实习人员,对照组实施常规中医护理教学带教(35人),观察组实施提升辨证施护能力为导向的中医护理教学模式带教(35人)。对比两组辨证施护能力(客观结构化临床考试评价)、带教满意度、学习能力(自我导向学习评定量表)及理论考试成绩。结果观察组辨证能力及施护能力6个项目评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组带教满意度为94.29%(33/35),明显高于对照组的77.14%(27/35);观察组学习能力、理论考试成绩均明显高于对照组。结论以提升辨证施护能力为导向的教学模式运用于中医护理教学中,效果可观,可提高实习护士辨证施护能力及学习能力。 Objective To analyze the application value of syndrome differentiation nursing ability in traditional Chinese medicine nurs-ing teaching.Methods The interns who were interned in Le’an County People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 and taught by conventional traditional Chinese medicine nursing teaching were selected as the control group of 35 cases,and the interns who were taught by traditional Chinese medicine nursing teaching mode guided by improving the syndrome differentiation nursing abil-ity at the same time were selected as the observation group of 35 cases.The nursing ability of syndrome differentiation(objective struc-tured clinical examination evaluation),the satisfaction rate of teaching,learning ability(self-directed learning evaluation scale)and theoretical examination results were compared.Results The scores of six items of syndrome differentiation ability and nursing ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of teaching in the ob-servation group was 94.29%(33/35),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.14%,27/35).The learning ability and theoretical test scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion The applica-tion of improving syndrome differentiation nursing ability in traditional Chinese medicine nursing teaching has a considerable effect,which can improve the ability of syndrome differentiation nursing and learning ability of interns.
