Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Experience in Hypopituitarism

文章通过对2021年上海市嘉定区中医医院1例腺垂体功能低下患者的案例分析,提出中医药介入联合激素替代治疗,抓住元气亏虚、命门火衰的核心病机,确定以补元气、养肾阳、滋阴精为三大治疗法则,重视方证特点,精准施策,在改善症状、提高患者生活质量的同时,有助于减少激素替代药物剂量的临床应用,无毒副作用,可充分发挥中医药对腺垂体功能低下的治疗作用,值得临床推广。

Through the case analysis of a patient with low pituitary function in Shanghai Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine in 2021,it is proposed that traditional Chinese medicine intervenes in combination with hormone replacement therapy uses the core disease mechanism of original qi deficiency and life gate fire failure,and uses the three major rules of treatment of re-plenishing original qi,nourishing kidney yang and nourishing yin essence.It attaches great importance to the characteristics of pre-scription and syndrome,makes precise policies,improves symptoms and patients’quality of life,helps to reduce the clinical applica-tion of hormone replacement drug dose,and has no toxic and side effects.It can give full play to the positive role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypopituitarism,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
