补肾活血化浊方治疗肝豆状核变性肝纤维化合并免疫功能紊乱经验

Experience of Bushen Huoxue Huazhuo Prescription in Treating Hepatolenticular Degeneration Hepatic Fibrosis with Immune Dysfunction

肝豆状核变性(HLD)肝纤维化的患者普遍存在免疫功能紊乱的症状,严重时合并脾大、脾功能亢进,使患者免疫功能下降,增加感染的风险,甚至危及生命。张娟教授研究HLD 20余年,对于疾病的治疗有着宝贵的临床经验,张娟教授认为HLD肝纤维化患者免疫功能紊乱病机在于肝肾亏虚,铜毒困脾,化生不足,脾失健运,铜毒瘀积,使人体正气亏虚,不御外邪,内邪清除无道,病亦自发。主要治则为在补益肝肾、健脾利湿基础上,配伍活血化浊、通腑排毒之品,可获得显著的临床效果。文章总结张娟教授多年临床经验,即从肾、肝、脾论治HLD患者免疫功能紊乱。

Patients with hepatolenticular degeneration(HLD)liver fibrosis generally have symptoms of immune dysfunction,in severe cases combined with enlarged spleen and hypersplenism,which reduces the immune function,increases the risk of infection and is life-threatening in serious cases.Professor Zhang Juan research for the treatment of HLD disease more than 20 years and has valuable clinical experience.Professor Zhang Juan believes that the pathogenesis of immune dysfunction in patients with HLD liver fibrosis is liver and kidney deficiency,copper poison encumbering spleen,leading to generation deficiency,resulting in spleen loss of health,copper poison stasis,making the healthy qi deficiency so as to it can not resist external evils and clear inside evils,thus disease occurs by itself.The main treatment of HLD liver fibrosis is to nourish the liver and kidney,invigorate the spleen and dampness and combine with the Chinese medicine of circulating blood and transforming turbidity,clearing fu-organs and expelling toxin,and it can obtain sig-nificant clinical efficacy.This article summarized Professor Zhang Juan’s years of clinical experience,from kidney,liver and spleen to treat the immune dysfunction in patients with HLD disease.
