益肾壮骨活血方配合针刀疗法用于膝骨关节炎临床观察

Yishen Zhuanggu Huoxue Prescription Combined with Acupotomy in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探究益肾壮骨活血方配合针刀疗法应用于膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法从南昌市洪都中医院2020年7月—2021年12月收治的膝骨关节炎患者中选取116例作为研究样本,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分成对照组和观察组,各58例。对照组采用针刀疗法,观察组采用益肾壮骨活血方配合针刀疗法。比较两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)评分、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)。结果观察组总有效率为93.10%(54/58),明显高于对照组的79.31%(46/58)(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组NRS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组HSS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对膝骨关节炎患者实施益肾壮骨活血方配合针刀疗法可以提高临床效果、减轻患者疼痛程度、提高膝关节功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Zhuanggu Huoxue prescription combined with acupotomy in the treat-ment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 116 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupotomy,and the observation group was treated with Yishen Zhuanggu Huoxue prescription combined with acupotomy.The clinical efficacy,pain numerical rating scale(NRS)score and knee HSS score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.10%(54/58),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.31%,46/58)(P<0.05).After treatment,the NRS score of the observation group was significantly lower while the HSS score of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Zhuanggu Huoxue prescription combined with acupotomy can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve the pain de-gree and improve the function of knee joint of patients with knee osteoarthritis.
