基于现代学徒制构建中医5+3人才培养模式教学指标体系的研究

摘要 基于现代学徒制将现代院校教育与传统师徒制教育相结合的特征,结合文献研究与访谈结果,发现现代学徒制经验可应用于中医教育,继而初步拟定中医“5+3”人才培养模式教学指标体系,接着运用德尔菲法对专家进行问卷咨询,优化、确定指标,形成了6项一级指标、23项二级指标和127项三级指标的“5+3”人才培养模式教学指标体系,最后采用层次分析法为指标赋予权重。研究成果有利于中医传统师承教育与现代院校教育相结合,满足中医教育发展的需要。 Based on modern apprentice system to modern school education and the traditional tutorial system combined the character-istics of the education,combining literature research and interview results,it found that the modern apprenticeship experience can be used in traditional Chinese medicine education,then to the“5+3”talent training mode of traditional Chinese medicine teaching in-dex system,then carries on the questionnaire using the Delphi method to the expert consultation,optimization,determine the indica-tors.The teaching index system of“5+3”talent cultivation mode has been formed with 6 first-level indicators,23 second-level indica-tors and 127 third-level indicators.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process was used to assign weights to the indicators.The research results were conducive to the combination of traditional teacher education and modern college education to meet the needs of the devel-opment of traditional Chinese medicine education.
