摘要
中医妇科学是中医药院校的一门专业基础课程,目前的课堂教学仍存在理论与临床未能有效衔接的教学困境。为了提高学生的学习兴趣与教学质量,作者结合对分课堂(PAD)教学模式,融入“以学生为中心”的教学理念,把教学过程分为讲授、吸收、讨论三个环节,并配合相应的作业、考核评价体系,在实际教学中进行了探索应用。通过课程问卷调查及课程考核结果发现,对分课堂融合式教学改革通过将理论知识与医案教学、临床接诊模拟相结合,极大地调动了学生学习的积极性、主动性,提高了学习效果与教学质量,表明对分课堂是提高中医妇科学教学质量有效的教学方法之一。
Gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine is a professional basic course in university of traditional Chinese medicine,but there is still a teaching dilemma that theory and clinic are not effectively connected.In order to improve students’interest and the quality of teaching,the authors integrated the student-centered teaching concept with the presentation-assimilation-discussion(PAD)teaching mode,divided the teaching process into three sessions of presentation,assimilation and discussion,and cooperated with the corresponding homework and assessment system.Then this model was explored and applied in the actual teaching.The results of the course questionnaire and the course assessment showed that the PAD integration teaching reform has greatly mobilized students’en-thusiasm and initiative in learning and improved the learning effect and teaching quality by combining theoretical knowledge with medical case teaching and clinical consultation simulation.The results showed that the PAD is one of the effective teaching methods to improve the teaching quality of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.
