摘要
医患沟通旨在科学地指引诊疗患者的伤病,提高医疗卫生服务水平,使患者和社会满意。文章探讨了中医住院医师规范化培训中住院医师医患沟通能力的培养目标、现状及存在的问题,并提出了注重临床沟通实践、开展培训专题、培养临床专业知识等具体措施,以期提高住院医师的医患沟通能力和医学人文素养。
Doctor-patient communication aims to guide the diagnosis and treatment of patients’injuries scientifically,improve the level of medical and health services,and make patients and society satisfied.This paper discussed the training objectives,current situ-ation and existing problems of residents’doctor-patient communication ability in the standardized training of residents of traditional Chinese medicine,and proposed specific measures such as paying attention to clinical communication practice,carrying out training topics and cultivating clinical professional knowledge,in order to improve residents’doctor-patient communication ability and medi-cal humanistic quality.
