推进改革的舆论先导:思想解放运动中党报的共识构建——基于对《新华日报》改革开放以来三次思想解放运动新闻文本的考察(1978―1998)

Promoting Public Opinion Guidance of Reform:Consensus Building for Party Newspapers in ideological Liberation Movement

改革开放的过程就是思想解放的过程。习近平总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立100周年大会上,首次提出“两个结合”的概念。在文化传承发展座谈会上,总书记强调:“‘第二个结合’是又一次的思想解放。”作为党的新闻舆论宣传的主力军,党报忠实见证、积极参与了每一次思想解放运动,以其生动鲜活的报道冲破思想束缚、凝聚广泛共识、促进社会变革,为不断深化改革开放构建强大舆论场。本文基于政治传播的理论视角,总结提炼三次主要思想解放运动中《新华日报》(1978―1998)的新闻实践与经验启示,为新时代更好发挥党报作用,助推新征程上谱写改革开放新篇章提供参考借鉴。

The reform and opening up is essentially a process of ideological emancipation.As the main force in the Party's news and public opinion propaganda,party newspapers faithfully witnessed and actively participated in every ideological liberation movement.Through vivid and lively reporting,they broke through mental constraints,consolidated widespread consensus,and promoted social change,contributing to the construction of a powerful public opinion arena for the continuous deepening of reform and opening up.This article,based on the theoretical perspective of political communication,summarizes and extracts the news practices and experiences of the Xinhua Daily during three major ideological liberation movements(1978-1998).It aims to provide reference and insights for better leveraging the role of party newspapers in the new era and contributing to the creation of a new chapter in the reform and opening up on the new journey.
