农民从身份向职业转变对现代农业发展的影响研究

Influence Study on the Development of Modern Agriculture Caused by the Change of Farmer from a Status to an Occupation

农业农村的现代化归根到底是靠农民的知识化、专业化、职业化实现的。在对现有的研究成果进行梳理的基础上,主要从社会分工的角度分析农民从身份向职业转变的内涵和实质以及农民从身份向职业的转变对现代农业发展的影响,提出通过角色分化、农民组织化、提高农民地位和进入门槛等措施促进农民从身份向职业转变,以促进现代农业的发展。

The modernization of agriculture and rural areas is ultimately realized by the intellectualization,specialization and professionalization of farmers.By sorting out the existing research results,this paper mainly analyzes the connotation and substance of the transformation of farmers from status to occupation and the impact of the transformation of farmers from status to occupation on the development of modern agriculture,mainly from the perspective of the social division of labour,and we propose to promote the transformation of farmers from status to occupation through measures such as the differentiation of roles,the organizing of farmers,and the enhancement of farmers'status and the threshold of entry,so as to promote the development of modern agriculture.
