基于角蛋白酶和纳米电气石粉改进的复合酶制剂脱毛工艺研究

摘要 为改善复合酶的脱毛效果,采用TRIZ进行系统、功能和资源分析,应用物场理论提出了引入角蛋白酶和纳米电气石粉的解决方法,并运用单因素法和正交设计法对改进的复合酶制剂配方进行优化。试验结果表明,改进的复合酶制剂最佳配比为:复合酶A 0.6%、角蛋白酶K 0.2%和电气石粉1.0%;该复合酶制剂适用于现有酶脱毛工艺,脱毛率>95%,粒面完整性好,脱毛效果极佳。这为减少污染、提升脱毛工序的生态性能提供了新途径。 To improve the unhairing effect of composite enzymes,TRIZ theory was used for systematic,functional and resource analysis,then a creative solution was proposed by applying the Substance-Field Analysis theory,which introduced keratinase and nano tourmaline powder.The single factor method and orthogonal design method were used to optimize the formula of the improved composite enzyme preparation.The experimental results show that the optimal ratio of the improved composite enzyme preparation is 0.6%for composite enzyme A,0.2%for keratinase K and 1.0%for nano tourmaline powder. The composite enzyme preparation is suitable for existing enzyme unhairingprocesses, with a unhairing rate of >95%, good particle surface integrity and excellent hair removaleffect, which provides a new way to reduce pollution and improve the ecological performance of theunhairing process.
