摘要
“双减”政策的出台进一步推进我国中小学课后服务工作的发展与完善,也对课后服务教师队伍的建设提出了更高的要求。在政策落实过程中,我国中小学课后服务教师队伍面临的问题和迫切需要解决。美国课后服务发展较早,其在课后服务教师的多元结构、专业培训、激励措施、工具性资源、职业要求等方面形成了比较完善的保障体系并且积累了有益的经验。这些经验可以为我国中小学课后服务教师队伍的建设提供借鉴和改进的方向:鼓励多元主体参与共同支持课后服务教师队伍的建设;强化地方对课后服务教师队伍建设的支持与保障;加强课后服务教师队伍建设的经验交流与学习。
The introduction of the“double reduction”policy calls for the teachers team construction for the after-school service to further promote the perfect development of after-school services in primary and secondary schools.In the process of implementing the policy,a number of problems appear in teachers after-school service in China’s primary and secondary schools.This paper investigated the progress of after-school services in terms of the diverse structure,professional training,incentive measures,instrumental resources and professional requirements as sound guarantee systems and accumulated experience in American primary and secondary education.These systems and experience can be useful to the construction of after-school service teachers teams in China in the areas of participation of multiple subjects,local support and guarantee,and experience exchange.
