雌激素受体对心脑血管保护作用的研究进展

Progress in the study of the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular protective effects of the estrogen receptor

心脑血管疾病是女性绝经后最重要的死亡原因,绝经后雌激素水平下降而引发的心脑血管疾患给社会带来了极大的挑战。近年来,雌激素受体作为绝经期女性心脑血管疾病的预防及治疗潜在靶点受到广泛关注。该文总结了近年来国内外有关雌激素受体的研究进展,探究了雌激素受体的激活对心脑血管的保护机制,进一步加深了对雌激素受体的认识,以助力实现对女性全生命周期的健康管理。

Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are the most important causes of death in postmenopausal women.Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases caused by the decline of estrogen levels in postmenopausal women have brought great challenges to society.In recent years,estrogen receptor has been widely concerned as a potential target for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in menopausal women.This article summarized the research progress of estrogen receptor at home and abroad in recent years,and explored the protective mechanism of estrogen receptor activation on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular,further deepen the understanding of estrogen receptor,so as to help realize the health management of women's whole life cycle.
