全球南方特指那些致力于提升现代化和参与全球治理体系改革和建设的南方,它们共享南方国家的经济属性,并同时具备没有在北方大国结盟体系中选边站的政治属性。作为典型的全球南方成员,中国与其他全球南方国家是天然的同盟军,其相互关系经历了从共同斗争的政治框架到经济合作的经济框架的转变过程。总结历史经验,置身于当今世界百年未有之大变局中,中国与全球南方其他国家正确相处之道是聚焦天然同盟军的身份定位,恪守中和哲学,弘扬全人类共同价值,坚持共商共建共享原则,共同打造全球治理伙伴关系,努力塑造全球发展的建设者、全球安全的守卫者以及全球文明的传承者,在参与全球治理体系改革与建设中坚持开放合作、共赢共享和命运与共。

As a typical member of the Global South,China is a natural ally to other Global Southcountries,and their relations have experiencedaprocess of transformation from a political framework of common struggle to a framework of economic cooperation.Summing up the historical experience,the way for China to get along with other countries in the Global South is to focus on its identity as a natural ally,abide by the philosophy of neutrality,and promote the common values of all mankind.We must stay true to the principle of consultation and cooperation for shared benefits,jointly build a global governance partnership,strive to become builders of global development,guardians of global security,and inheritors of global civilization,and adhere to open cooperation,win-win sharing,and a shared destiny while participating in the reform and construction of the global governance system.
