Management and practice of ecological environment recovery in rivers and lakes of the Haihe River Basin

海河流域水资源短缺,长期过度开发引起了一系列生态环境问题。近年来,在习近平生态文明思想指引下,水利部海河水利委员会按照水利部部署要求,综合施策,推动海河流域河湖生态环境持续改善。文章总结了海河流域河湖生态环境复苏取得的成效,深入分析面临的形势和问题,提出“点、线、面”多维推动下一步工作的思路布局。

The shortage of water resources in the Haihe River Basin has caused a series of ecological and environmental problems due to long-term overexploitation.In recent years,guided by Xi Jinping's concept of ecological civilization,the Haihe River Water Conservancy Commission has implemented comprehensive measures in accordance with the deployment requirements of the Ministry of Water Resources to promote the continuous improvement of the ecological environment of the rivers and lakes in the Haihe River Basin.This article summarizes the achievements in the ecological environment recovery of rivers and lakes in the Haihe River Basin,deeply analyzes the current situation and problems,and proposes a multi-dimensional layout from“points to lines and planes”for the next step of work.
