摘要
全面推行河湖长制以来,在省委省政府的坚强领导下,浙江省深入贯彻习近平生态文明思想,完善组织架构、健全工作机制、压实工作责任、强化社会参与,推动河湖长制工作迭代升级。省河长制办公室采用发文征集和实地调研相结合的方式,征集全省市县河湖长制经验做法,在对这些案例进行系统梳理和深入剖析基础上,研究提出深化河湖长制创新工作举措。
Since the comprehensive implementation of the river and lake chief system,under the strong leadership of the provincial party committee and government,Zhejiang Province has deeply implemented Xi Jinping's ecological civilization ideology,improved organizational structure,enhanced work mechanisms,fulfilled work responsibilities,and strengthened social participation,promoting the iterative upgrading of the river and lake chief system.The Office of the Provincial River Chief System adopts a combination of document collection and on-site research to collect the experience and practices of the river and lake chief system in cities and counties throughout the province.Based on a systematic review and in-depth analysis of these cases,this article proposes innovative measures to deepen the innovation of the river and lake chief system.
