Research on Girdling:A Review

摘要 依据国内外相关研究文献,可以按环剥目的和环剥部位将环剥分为不以枯死树木为目的的树干或树枝或树根或树皮环剥(第1类环剥)、以快速降低树干含水率为目的的树干环剥(第2类环剥)和以快速枯死树木为目的的树干环剥(第3类环剥)3个类型。目前国内对环剥的研究基本都是针对第1类环剥,而对第2和第3类环剥的研究基本处于空白状态。应该根据国情和林情,引进、消化吸收和再创新第2类型和第3类型环剥,并将其作为常规的技术措施,应用于森林经营和生态修复中。文中在综述环剥定义以及第1类型环剥、第2类型环剥和第3类型环剥国内外研究进展的基础上,对第3类型环剥在国内的可能应用进行了展望。 According to relevant literature at home and abroad,girdling can be divided into three types,i.e.,“girdling of tree trunks,branches,roots or bark without the purpose of making trees die”(TypeⅠ),“girdling of tree trunks with the purpose of quickly reducing water content”(TypeⅡ),and“girdling of tree trunks with the purpose of rapidly making trees die”(TypeⅢ).At present,the research on girdling in China mainly focuses on TypeⅠ,while there is few research on TypeⅡand TypeⅢ.It is suggested to introduce,digest,and innovate the TypeⅡand TypeⅢgirdling in line with national and forest conditions,and apply them as routine technical measures in forest management and ecological restoration.This paper reviews the definition of girdling,the research progress in TypeⅠ,TypeⅡand TypeⅢgirdling at home and abroad,and discusses the possibility to adopt TypeⅢin China.
