正交胶合木滚动剪切性能研究进展

摘要 滚动剪切强度和滚动剪切模量是决定正交胶合木(CLT)力学性能的关键因素,被认为是CLT在工程应用中关键的设计参数。因此,CLT的滚动剪切性能是CLT领域的研究热点之一。文中首先从基材种类、密度、锯切模式、层板宽厚比等方面重点介绍正交胶合木滚动剪切性能的影响因素;其次全面介绍Timoshenko方法、γ理论、剪切类比法和k方法等滚动剪切性能理论计算方法的优劣和使用条件;随后着重介绍滚动剪切性能的常用测试方法——平面剪切试验和短跨度弯曲试验,并对比分析了不同理论计算方法和测试方法结果的差异;最后指出当前CLT滚动剪切性能研究中存在的问题,并提出相应的建议,以期能为CLT滚动剪切性能的研究提供参考,为CLT在实际工程中应用提供理论支撑。 Rolling shear strength and rolling shear modulus are the key factors that determine the mechanical properties of cross-laminated timber(CLT),which are considered as the key design characteristics of CLT in engineering applications.Therefore,the rolling shear performance is one of the research hotspots in the CLT field.This paper first describes the factors affecting the rolling shear performance of CLT from the aspects of material type,density,sawing mode,and ply width-thickness ratio,and analyzes the advantages,disadvantages and usage conditions of theoretical calculation methods of rolling shear performance such as Timoshenko method,γ theory,shear analogy method and k method.Then the commonly used test methods of rolling shear performance are introduced,including plane shear test and short span bending test,and the differences that come out from different theoretical calculation methods and test methods are compared and analyzed.At the end,the existing problems in the current research on CLT rolling shear performance are identified,and corresponding suggestions are put forward.The study is hoped to provide a theoretical support for the application of CLT.
