我国林果机械振动式采收装备及理论研究进展 被引量:1

Research Progress in Mechanically Vibratory Harvesting Equipment of Forest Fruit and Its Theory in China

摘要 林果采收是林果生产中较为关键的一个环节。随着我国林果种植面积的不断扩大,传统的人工采摘方式已经不能满足采收的需求,自动化、机械化采收已成为必然的趋势。近年来,国内学者已经针对不同种类的林果采收机械开展了针对性地研究。文中主要阐述机械振动式采收装备的工作机理,介绍了现有的典型机械振动式采收装备,从树体三维模型重建、树体系统建模、树体动力学试验与仿真分析3个方面对机械振动式采收理论研究现状进行综述,并针对国内研究中存在的不足展望今后的研究方向。 Harvesting is a key part in the production of forest fruit.With the continuous expansion of the fruit forest planting area in China,the traditional manual picking can no longer meet the needs of harvesting,while automatic and mechanized harvesting has become an inevitable trend.In recent years,scholars in China have carried out targeted research on different kinds of forest fruit harvesting equipment.This paper mainly expounds the working mechanism of mechanically vibratory harvesting equipment,introduces the existing typical mechanically vibratory harvesting equipment,and elaborates the research on the theory of mechanical vibration harvesting from the three aspects of 3D tree reconstruction,system modeling of trees,and tree dynamics test/simulation.In view of the deficiencies in the current research,the paper puts forward the future research direction.
