摘要
发动机是车辆产生振动噪声的最主要激励源,动力总成悬置系统是隔振发动机振动噪声的主要部件,其隔振水平直接影响整车振动噪声表现。文章首先建立了MATLAB和ISIGHT联合仿真六自由度悬置模型,并利用NSGA-Ⅱ优化算法针对一款动力总成悬置系统进行了解耦与隔振最优匹配开发,试验验证结果表明,开发的悬置隔振水平表现优秀,隔振平均提升3.4 dB,较好的支撑了整车级噪声、振动和声振粗糙度(NVH)指标达成。
The engine is the main excitation source of vehicle vibration and noise,and the powertrain mounting system is the main component of vibration and noise isolation engine,and its vibration isolation level directly affects the performance of vehicle vibration and noise.In this paper,a six degree of freedom mount model for the joint simulation of MATLAB and ISIGHT is first established,and the optimal matching development of decoupling and vibration isolation is carried out for a powertrain mount system using NSGA-Ⅱ optimization algorithm.The test verification results show that the developed mount has excellent performance in vibration isolation level,and the vibration isolation increases by 3.4 dB on average,which better supports the achievement of vehicle level noise,vibration,harshness(NVH)indicators.
