摘要
在高速行驶中因受到风载的作用,车门受到由内而外的外扩力,会有明显的变形和抖动,影响到整车的声学舒适性和密封性。为了确保车门结构设计的鲁棒性,需要研究不同车速行驶下车门的变形情况。文章采用GOM照相技术和风洞试验相结合的方式,测量车门在偏置角度为0°和-10°时的变形情况,并对车辆的密封情况进行评价。结合车门钣金静态外扩力模拟结果,对风洞极端工况下的变形情况进行比较,给出设计简化验证指标,作为后续车型结构设计和静力验证的依据。
Due to the wind load under the effect of wind load in high-speed driving,the door is subjected to external expansion force from inside out,that will have significant deformation and vibration in the consequence of wind load,which affecting the acoustic comfort and sealing performance of the vehicle.In order to ensure the robustness of the door structure design,it is necessary to investigate the deformation of the door with different vehicle speeds.This paper adopts a experiment combination of GOM photography technology and wind tunnel experiment is used to measure the deformation situation of the door at an offset angle of 0°and-10°.Combined with the simulation results of static external expansion force of the door sheet metal,the deformation of the wind tunnel under extreme working conditions is compared,and the simplified verification index of the design is given,which is used as the basis for the structural design and static verification of the subsequent models.
