分析了活性染料棉纺织品浸染染色加工中,特殊色翠蓝产生色花的原因,并提出了改进方法。拼色活性染料的选择须注意染料比移值(R/f)的一致,严格控制染色前被染物的pH、毛效及前处理的残留物在允许范围内。根据各染料亲和力的差异,设计不同的染色初始温度、pH、加盐工艺。

The reasons for the occurrence of uneven dyeing in the special color turquoise blue during the immer⁃sion dyeing process of reactive dye cotton textiles is analyzed.It proposes improved methods for addressing these issues.The selection of mixed reactive dyes should pay attention to the consistency of dye migration values(R/f).The pH of the material before dyeing,capillary effect,and the pre-treatment residue should be controled stvictly within allowable range.Dyeing initial temperature,pH,and salt addition process are designed in accordance with the dye affinity.
