人字齿行星齿轮系统激励参数二维域界特性

摘要 为探究人字齿行星齿轮系统激励参数二维域界特性,课题组构建了系统的平移-扭转动力学模型,运用Runge-Kutta法对消除刚体位移和量纲一化的系统微分方程组进行数值求解,基于离散空间域胞映射法绘制了啮合阻尼比与太阳轮输入转速和太阳轮输入功率构成的二维域界图,并结合位移分岔图、FFT频谱图、相图和Poincaré映射对系统激励参数二维域界特性进行分析。结果表明:在满足系统工况条件下,适当增大啮合阻尼比可使系统由混沌运动转变为周期运动;啮合阻尼比较小时,系统对太阳轮输入转速变化敏感,提高太阳轮输入转速可使系统进入稳定1周期运动,减轻系统振动响应;太阳轮输入功率较小时,系统处于大范围混沌运动区域,通过增加太阳轮输入功率,系统更趋向于稳定周期运动,提高系统运行稳定性。研究结果可为人字齿行星齿轮系统选择稳定运行的激励参数范围提供参考。 In order to explore the two-dimensional domain characteristics of excitation parameters of herringbone planetary gear system,a translation-torsion dynamic model of the system was established,and the Runge-Kutta method was used to numerically solve the differential equations of the system of eliminating rigid body displacement and dimensionality.Based on the discrete spatial domain cell mapping method,and the two-dimensional domain diagram formed by the meshing damping ratio and the input power of the sun gear was drawn,and the two-dimensional domain boundary characteristics of the system excitation parameters were analyzed by means of displacement bifurcation diagram,FFT spectrum diagram,phase diagram and Poincarémapping.The results show that:under the condition of satisfying the working conditions of the system,appropriately increasing the meshing damping ratio can make the system change from chaotic motion to periodic motion;if the meshing damping is relatively small,the system is sensitive to the change of the input speed of the sun gear,and increasing the input speed of the sun gear can make the system enter a stable 1-period motion to reduce the vibration response of the system;when the input power of the sun gear is small,the system is in a large-scale chaotic motion area,by increasing the input power of the sun gear,the system tends to stabilize the periodic motion and improve the system operation stability.The research results can provide a reference for selecting the range of excitation parameters for stable operation of herringbone planetary gear system.
