基于低压配电物联网的分布式光伏接入研究

摘要 针对低压电网存在自动化程度低、感知能力弱导致分布式光伏信息不能实时上传至配网运行系统的问题,通过分析分布式光伏接入导致电压抬升的原因,提出了构建低压配电物联网平台,建立了云-管-边-端的系统框架,实现了低压电网拓扑自动识别功能,建立了低压电网电压调节策略。基于低压配电物联网基础上建立台区源网荷储协调运行平台,有利于提升台区运行能力和对高弹性电网支撑能力。 Aiming at the problem that distributed PV information cannot be uploaded to the distribution network operation system in real time due to the low degree of automation and weak sensing ability of the low-voltage grid,by analyzing the reasons for voltage rise caused by distributed PV access,it is proposed to build a low-voltage distribution Internet of Things platform,establish a cloud-pipe-side-end system framework,realize the function of automatic recognition of the topology of low-voltage grids,and establish a voltage regulation strategy for low-voltage grids.The establishment of a platform for coordinated operation of station area source grid,load and storage based on LV distribution IoT is conducive to improving the operation capability of the station area and the ability to support the highly elastic power grid.
