本科层次职业院校技术技能平台发展困境及创新路径研究——以J学院为例

On Technical Skill Platform in Undergraduate-level Vocational College-take J College as an example

技术技能服务平台是职业院校教学、科研资源优化配置的新载体。目前本科层次职业院校技术技能平台存在企业参与动力不足、成果转化率低、院校资金投入不高、产业合作缺乏等问题。J校通过挖掘多方主体影响力、对接区域产业新需求、校内校外双向联动、打造创新型技能团队、创新人才培养等方式,探索本科层次职业院校技术技能平台建设的优化路径,取得了较好成效。

Technical skill service platform is a new model for the optimal allocation of teaching and scientific research resources in vocational colleges.At present,there are some problems in the technical skill platform of undergraduate-level vocational colleges,such as insufficient motivation for enterprise participation,low conversion rate of achievements,inadequate investment in colleges and universities,lack of cooperation with industry and so on.J college explores the optimization path of technical skill platform construction in undergraduate-level vocational colleges by leveraging multiple influences,meeting the new needs of regional industries,carrying out college-enterprise collaboration,building innovative skill teams,and cultivating innovative talents.
