摘要
以高炉稳定高效低耗冶炼为核心,开发了以控制入炉原燃料粒度组成的质量控稳体系、高镁球团制备工艺、炉缸活跃状态的监控软件,建立了高炉有害元素控制标准与预警机制、基于品位的烧结矿粉三级分类标准、高炉关键装备维护标准、高炉煤气利用率评价体系,实现了高炉设备一体化寿命提升及高炉的长周期低休风率运行。高炉检修周期延长至6~9个月,燃料比为522.42 kg/t。
With the core of stable,efficient and low-consumption smelting of blast furnaces,a quality control and stability system for contrlling the particle size composition of raw materials and fuels entering the furnace,a high-magnesium pellet preparation process,and a monitoring software for the active state of the hearth have been developed.The harmful element control standards and early warning mechanism of blast furnaces,the three-level classification standards for sintering ore powder based on grade,the maintenance standards for key equipment of blast furnaces,and the evaluation system for utilization rate of blast furnace gas have been established.The integration of blast furnace equipment and the long-term low-blow down rate operation of blast furnaces is achieved.The maintenance cycle of blast furnaces has been extended to 6-9 months,fuel ratio is 522.42 kg/t.
