摘要
对镍铁冶炼RKEF工艺所用回转窑燃烧系统进行全面对比分析,重点研究采用粉煤燃烧器焙烧的镍铁冶炼回转窑结圈的形成与预防控制措施,实现红土镍干矿在窑内充分还原、脱出结晶水的同时,控制窑皮厚度达到提高窑衬寿命的目的。
This paper makes a comprehensive comparative analysis of the rotary kiln combustion system used in nickel-iron smelting RKEF process,with emphasis on the ring formation and prevention and control measures of nickel-iron smelting rotary kiln roasted with pulverized coal burner,so as to realize the full reduction of dry nickel laterite in the kiln,remove crystal water,and control the thickness of kiln skin to improve the life of kiln lining.
