肠道菌群和机体免疫与胆石症关系的研究进展

摘要 胆石症是消化系统的常见病、多发病,是胆囊和胆管炎症、胆管肿瘤和阻塞性黄疸的常见原因,但其发病机制目前尚不完全明确。近年研究发现,肠道菌群和机体免疫在胆结石的形成过程中发挥重要作用。本文从肠道菌群丰度和构成,免疫球蛋白、黏蛋白和免疫细胞,以及肠道菌群与胆管免疫间的相互作用等方面综述其与胆结石形成的关系,以期为胆石症预防和治疗提供新的思路和方法。 Gallstone disease is a common and frequently seen disease of digestive system,and is a common cause of inflammation of gallbladder and bile duct,biliary tract tumor and obstructive jaundice,however,its pathogenesis is not yet fully understood.Recent studies have revealed that intestinal flora and immunity play important roles in the formation of gallstones.This paper reviewed the relationship between the abundance and composition of intestinal flora,immuno⁃globulins,mucins and immune cells,as well as the interactions between intestinal flora and biliary immunity and gallstone formation for providing new ideas and methods for gallstone prevention and treatment.
