摘要
从积极心理学视角对当前部分大学生群体的“躺平”现象和心理进行多因素分析,讨论“躺平”状态对大学生的影响,提出将积极心理学的相关理论融入大学生心理健康教育教学。针对存在的“躺平”和内卷现象,提出相应的干预方法,培养大学生积极人格特质,增强心理韧性,帮助学生积极地面对压力和挑战,改变消极的“躺平”状态。
This study makes a multifactorial analysis of the phenomenon of"lying flat"and its psychological impact on a subset of current university students from the perspective of positive psychology.The research discusses the implications of the"lying flat"phenomenon on university students and proposes the integration of relevant theories of positive psychology into the process of mental health education for university students.Addressing the existing issues of"lying flat"and academic overwork,corresponding intervention methods are suggested to cultivate positive personality traits and enhance psychological resilience among university students.This approach aims to assist students in facing stress and challenges more positively,ultimately breaking free from the negative"lying flat"state.
