高层学生公寓组团底部空间公共性提升设计探索

Discussion on the Design of Promotion of Publicity in the Bottom Space of High-rise Student Apartment Group

高层学生公寓组团是解决校园功能版块集约化建设的基本途径,但在满足学生日常生活多样性需求方面,其底部公共性活动场所的缺失已成为较为普遍的问题。文章结合案例研究,通过对学生行为特征和需要的调研分析,提出功能支撑有效、空间模式复合、技术实施可行的公寓底部区域(地下、地面、底层)一体化公共性提升策略;并通过对同济大学彰武学生公寓组团的更新设计实践,呈现对公寓组团底部空间设计的专业思考和探索,以期为现有校园空间的更新提升以及未来新建校区的规划设计提供借鉴与参考。

The formation of high-rise student apartments is the basic way to solve the intensive construction of campus functional areas.In terms of meeting the diversity needs of students’daily life,the lack of public activity places at the bottom has become a more common problem.Based on the case study and the investigation and analysis of students’behavior characteristics and needs,this paper proposes the public promotion strategy of the integration of the bottom area of the apartment(underground,ground and bottom)with effective functional support,complex spatial mode and feasible technology implementation.Taking Zhangwu student apartment group of Tongji University as an example,this paper presents the professional thinking and exploration on the bottom space design of the apartment group,so as to provide inspiration and reference for the renewal and improvement of existing campus space as well as planning and design of future newly-built campus.
