摘要
针对高压锅炉水冷壁发生连续爆管的情况,通过采取断口宏观检查、管束硬度测定、材质化学分析和金相分析等措施,结合工艺运行中出现的异常状况和处理过程,分析水冷壁爆管的原因,并实施相应的处理措施,问题得以解决。
In view of the continuous tube burst of the water wall of a high pressure boiler,through the macroscopic inspection of the fracture surface,the determination of the hardness of the tube bundle,the chemical analysis of the material and the metallographic analysis,etc.,and in combination with the abnormal situation and treatment process in the process of operation,this paper analyzed the causes of tube burst in water wall,and put forward some preventive and emergent measures.
