摘要
常压法三聚氰胺装置在运行过程中,由于尾气压力高导致尾气吸收系统运行困难,分析发现该系统存在尾气管线流道变窄、尾气吸收稀氨水浓度和温度过高、氨水中间槽气相通道堵塞、新吸收塔下液管线堵塞、氨水中间槽满液等问题。通过扩大尾气通道、调整稀氨水浓度和温度控制点、利用蒸汽吹扫氨水中间槽气相管线、稳定新吸收塔下液温度、增加氨水中间槽导淋等措施,将尾气压力降至正常状态,保证了装置高负荷稳定运行。
In the operation process of atmospheric pressure melamine device,the exhaust gas absorption system was difficult to operate due to the high exhaust gas pressure.The analysis found that the exhaust gas pipeline channel narrowed,the concentration and temperature of dilute ammonia water absorption were too high,the gas phase channel of ammonia water intermediate groove was blocked,the liquid pipeline under the new absorption tower was blocked,and the ammonia water intermediate groove was full of liquid.By expanding the exhaust gas channel,adjusting the concentration and temperature control point of dilute ammonia water,using steam to purge the gas phase pipeline of ammonia water intermediate groove,stabilizing the liquid temperature under the new absorption tower,and increasing the leaching guide of the ammonia water intermediate groove,the exhaust gas pressure was reduced to normal state,ensuring the stable operation of the device under high load.
