防爆电梯的应用及设计改进探索

摘要 煤气化装置防爆电梯运行期间故障率高,从电梯的组成结构、故障现象及电气控制系统等方面进行分析,发现电梯故障频发的主要原因是门锁回路故障。通过对控制回路压降计算得出,增大电缆截面可降低回路压降和故障率,针对存在问题对电气控制回路进行了设计研究改进,更换后电梯故障率大幅下降,运行稳定、安全可靠。 Failures often occurred during the operation of the explosion-proof elevator in the coal gasification plant.Analyzed from aspects of elevator structure,fault phenomenon,usage situation and control system,it’s found that the essential reason was the failure of door lock loop.The calculation showed that increasing the cable section could reduce the voltage drop and the failure rate.The improvement during the engineering design significantly reduced the failure,and made the operation of the elevator much more stable,safe,and reliable.
