儒家战略管理:基于高阶儒家价值观的战略决策

摘要 本文面向“高阶儒家价值观与企业战略决策”的研究缺口,系统性探讨了企业领导人儒家价值观对企业战略管理的影响。本文从“仁”“知行合一”和“修齐治平”等儒家价值观核心理念出发,在建立企业领导人儒家价值观与儒家伦理型领导的层次化关系后,深入剖析了儒家伦理型领导对战略目标、战略导向、战略选择、动态能力和战略实施等企业战略管理活动的影响,提出了儒家战略管理框架。研究结果表明,儒家战略管理相比西方战略管理具有多方面独特性:(1)儒家战略管理是以儒家伦理为原则的“执经达权”,而非完全的随环境权变;(2)企业领导人的儒家价值观认同层次会差异化企业战略行为与经营绩效;(3)儒家战略管理具有自我循环式的动态进化特征;(4)儒家战略管理强调共同体和谐而非竞争,但同样能产生企业创新和竞争优势。本文对拓展高阶理论和伦理领导理论、建构中国战略管理理论、发掘儒家思想新时代效能均有理论贡献。文中也给出了相应的研究命题及管理启示。 In order to solve the research gap of how upper echelons values affect strategic choices,this paper systematically discusses the impact of upper echelons Confucian values on corporate strategic decision-making.From the core concepts of Confucian values such as“benevolence”,“unity of knowledge and action”,and“cultivation,unity,and governance”,this study,after establishing the hierarchical relationship between upper echelons Confucian values and Confucian ethical leadership,analyzes how Confucian ethical leadership impacts corporate strategic objectives,strategic orientation,strategic choice,dynamic capability and strategic implementation,and finally puts forward a comprehensive framework of Confucian Strategic Management(CSM).The results indicate that CSM is unique in several aspects in contrast with Western strategic management:(1)CSM stresses that strategic decision should be made in accordance with Confucian ethics,rather than completely changing with the environments;(2)The identification levels of upper echelons Confucian values differentiate strategic behaviors and corporate performance;(3)CSM has the dynamic evolution characteristic of self-circulation;(4)CSM,focusing on community harmony rather than competition,can also generate innovations and competitive advantage.The paper makes theoretical contributions to expanding both upper echelons theory and ethical leadership theory,constructing Chinese strategic management theory,and exploring the efficacy of Confucianism in the new era.The propositions and managerial implications are also included.
