摘要
学术脱离实践,是主流管理学一直以来不得不面对和解决的一个重要问题。相比较于主流管理学,传统的儒家管理思想却不存在这个问题,因为其几千年来一直深受实践者的尊重和认可。为何在科学、现代的西方管理学不受实践认可、尊重的情况下,传统的儒家管理思想却能做到这一点呢?本研究从管理实践的概念以及有效指导实践的内涵出发,对此问题进行了理论意义上的探索。研究显示,儒家管理思想之所以能够有效指导实践,本质上是因为其是一门心性之学,能够有效应对实践必须要解决的根本目的、正当性、知行合一等重要问题。而深层次的原因,则是中华传统文明本身的成熟性,以及儒家重视躬行的学术传统。
Mainstream management always has to face and solve the problem of academic deviation from practice,while traditional Confucian management has no such problems and has been respected and recognized by practitioners for thousands of years.Why can traditional Confucian management thoughts be recognized and respected by practice while scientific and modern Western management cannot?This study explores the theoretical significance from the concept of management practice and the connotation of effective guidance for practice and shows that Confucianism,essentially a study of the mind and nature,can effectively address the important issues that practice must solve—the fundamental purpose,legitimacy,and unity of knowledge and action,so that it can effectively guide practice.The deep-seated reason lies in the maturity of traditional Chinese civilization itself and the academic tradition of Confucianism that values practice.
