在本科课程的基础上,研究生专业课程“学什么、怎么学”仍是一个值得仔细探讨的问题。本文介绍了教学相长式专题讲座在组织胚胎学研究生专业课程中的改革探索,课程秉持“以生为本”、“学以致用”的教学理念,以小组为单位独立开展教学活动,甄选与研究生研究方向相关的专题内容,以“老师引领示范+学生模仿补充”教学相长式专题讲座的形式开展教学活动,从而实现从广而浅的本科教学向专而深的研究生教学的转变,同时达到主动深入学习专业知识,全面培养研究生综合素质的,去本科化、个性化、精英化的研究生专业课教学要求。

Building upon undergraduate courses,the question of what and how to teach in graduate-level specialized courses remains a topic worthy of careful exploration.This article introduces the exploration of reform in the graduate specialized courses of histology and embryology through mutually beneficial teaching thematic lectures.Adhering to the teaching philosophy of student-centered learning and practical application of knowledge,these courses are independently conducted in small groups.Topics relevant to the research directions of graduate students are carefully selected.The courses are conducted in a format that combines teacher-led demonstrations plus student imitation and supplementation,facilitating the shift from the broad and superficial teaching of undergraduate studies to the specialized and in-depth teaching of graduate studies.This approach aims to achieve in-depth and proactive learning of specialized knowledge and the comprehensive development of graduate students competencies,meeting the requirements of de-undergraduatization,personalization,and elitism in graduate specialized course teaching.
