摘要
为进一步加大措施挖潜力度,提升间抽质量,应用不停机间抽技术,实现任意短时间启停机功能和间歇状态下曲柄的摇摆启停控制。通过控制间抽启停时间和摆动幅度参数控制油井运行。采用“零停零启”取代原“整停整启”间抽制度,对摆动设计和间抽制度进行了探讨。2023年,全年累计进行了间抽井零停零启技术升级100口,年节电97.62×10^(4) kWh,节约费用68.93万元。同时,该技术也大大排除了以往人工间抽受环境、天气、人为等影响因素,实施全年间抽不断。不停机间抽制度的研究和应用实现了间抽井经济效益最大化,实现了良好的降本增效作用,文中研究为低产井优化提供依据。
In order to further increase the measures to digging and improve the interval pumping quality,the interval pumping technology with non-stop is applied,which realizes random short time start-and-stop function and the swing start-and-stop control of the crank in intermittent state.The operation of the well is controlled by the parameters of pumping start-and-stop time and swing amplitude in the control room.The"zero stop and zero start"intermittent pumping system is replaced by"complete halt and start-up",and the swing design interval pumping system are discussed.In 2023,a cumulative total of 100 interval pumping wells were upgraded with zero stop and zero start technology throughout the year,resulting in an annual power saving of 976200 kWh and a cost saving of 689300 yuan.At the same time,the technology also greatly eliminates the previous artificial pumping by the environment,weather,man-made and other factors,which implements the whole year pumping constantly.The research and application of non-stop interval pumping system can maximize the economic benefit of interval pumping and achieve a good cost reduction and efficiency increase,which will be provided a basis for the optimization of low-production well.
