摘要
采用传统的ZnO+MgO+Al_(2)O_(3)+SiO_(2)配方体系氧化锌线性电阻,探究了烧结温度对氧化锌基线性电阻的电阻温度系数和微观结构的影响。实验结果显示,随着烧结温度的降低,电阻值由毫欧级提高到欧姆级,当烧结温度在1340℃时,其电阻温度系数是完全的负数;烧结温度在1320℃时,电阻温度系数由负转正;当烧结温度降至1280℃时,电阻温度系数完全转为正系数。
The effect of sintering temperature on resistance temperature coefficient and microstructure of ZnO-based linear resistors was studied using the conventional ZnO+MgO+Al_(2)O_(3)+SiO_(2) system.It is found that the resistance increases from milliohm level to ohm level as the sintering temperature decreases,while the resistance temperature coefficient is completely negative when the sintering temperature is at 1340℃.The resistance temperature coefficient turns from negative to positive when the sintering temperature is at 1320℃ and then completely turns to positive when the sintering temperature decreases to 1280℃.
