本文基于科技成果转化涉及的相关因素对其转化地域选择的各种影响因素进行分析,建立科技成果转化地域选择影响因素模型,包括科技成果供方、需方、科技人员、创新孵化、成果熟化、技术转移服务、市场需求和政府扶持等八个因素,并以2018—2022高校院所科技成果转化年度报告中的典型案例进行解析,分析结果对各地方引导和促进科技成果本地转化、引进科技成果在本地转化具有一定的指导作用和参考价值。

Based on the relevant factors involved in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,this article analyzes various influencing factors on the selection of transformation regions,and establishes a model of influencing factors on the selection of transformation regions for scientific and technological achievements,including eight factors:suppliers,demanders,scientific and technological personnel,innovation incubation system,achievement maturation system,technology transfer services,market demand,and government support,And analyze typical cases from the annual report on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities from 2018 to 2022.The analysis results have certain guiding and reference value for guiding and promoting local transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and introducing scientific and technological achievements in local transformation.
