女性非遗传承人的自我身份建构:以高平绣活传承人为例

Self-Identity Construction of Female Non-Genetic Inheritors:A Case Study Based on the National ICHInheritors of Gaoping Embroidery Work

本文通过田野调查法和半结构式访谈法,以高平绣活国家级非遗传承人赵翠林为个案,从其作品风格转变、职业发展路径和自我身份塑造三个方面,考察新时期女性传承人的个人职业调适和身份建构过程,力求全面立体地分析女性传承人这一群体对非遗延续做出的贡献,能够对未来非遗传承中的性别平等和可持续发展提供参考。

Through the field survey method and semi-structured interview method,this paper takes Zhao Cuilin,a national intangible cultural heritage(ICH)inheritor of Gaoping embroidery work,as a case study,and examines the process of personal career adjustment and identity construction of female inheritors in the new era from three aspects,namely,the change of style of her works,career development path and self-identity shaping.There are gender issues in the inheritance of ICH,and female inheritors need to break through the shackles of the rules,discover inspiration,hone their skills,and look for possibilities of career development in the course of exploration and practice.This paper analyzes the contribution of this group to the continuation of ICH from a comprehensive and threedimensional perspective,with a view to providing references for gender equality and sustainable development in ICH inheritance in the future.
