基于河涌纳污能力的特大城市中心城区初期雨水截流标准

摘要 为有效控制和治理特大城市中心城区排水系统溢流的初期雨水污染,选取广州市猎德涌和石井河作为典型河涌,在对初期雨水水质及降雨特征进行分析的基础上,复核水域纳污能力,对比分析截流雨量与污染物削减效率,提出了初期雨水治理的截流标准。结果表明,广州市中心城区合流制区域的初雨截流标准宜为8~10 mm,分流制区域的取值宜为5~6 mm。研究结果可为广州市等特大城市中心城区初期雨水污染治理提供科学依据。 In order to effectively control and treat the initial stormwater pollution caused by the overflow of the drainage system in the central urban area of megacities,Liedeyong and Shijing River in Guangzhou were selected as typical rivers.Based on the analysis of the initial stormwater quality and rainfall characteristics,the sewage absorption capacity of the water area was reviewed,and the intercepting rainfall and pollutant reduction efficiency were compared and analyzed.The intercepting standard for the initial stormwater treatment was proposed.The results show that the standard of initial rain interception should be 8-10 mm in the area of combined flow system and 5-6 mm in the area of split flow system.The research results can provide scientific basis for the early rainwater pollution control in the central urban areas of Guangzhou and other megacities.
