摘要 针对风力发电、光伏发电等可再生分布式电源接入电网带来的网损增加、电能质量降低等问题,提出了一种风光接入下储能系统的双层优化模型.综合考虑储能规划和运行两个方面的耦合效应,上层模型考虑储能规划,以储能配置的位置和容量为决策变量,以储能系统规划成本为目标函数,下层考虑储能系统运行时电网的经济性和稳定性,以储能系统每一时刻(时间刻度为1 h)的出力为决策变量,以电网脆弱性、有功网损、购电成本为目标函数.采用改进鲸鱼算法与YALMIP+CPLEX联合方法在MATLAB中进行求解,选取改进后的IEEE33节点系统进行仿真验证,结果验证了所提模型的合理性,对比不同的场景与结果得到储能的最优配置方案与运行策略. A bi-level optimization model of energy storage system under wind and solar power access is proposed to solve the problems of increased network loss and reduced power quality caused by the access of renewable distributed power sources such as wind and photovoltaic power generation to the grid.Considering the coupling effect of energy storage planning and operation,the upper model takes the location and capacity of energy storage configuration as the decision variables,the planning cost of energy storage system as the objective function,the lower model considers the economy and stability of the power grid when the energy storage system is running,the output of the energy storage system at each moment(time scale is 1h)as the decision variables,and the vulnerability of the power grid,active network loss Power purchase cost is the objective function.The improved whale optimization algorithm and the YALMIP+CPLEX joint method are used to solve the problem in MATLAB.The improved IEEE33-bus system is selected for simulation verification.The results verity that the proposed model is reasonable.The optimal configuration scheme and operation strategy of energy storage are obtained by comparing different scenarios and results.
