摘要
为了培养学生独立设计实验方案,提高独立分析与解决问题的能力,以学生解决现实问题的兴趣为牵引,结合天然药物化学、药物分析、仪器分析等多学科专业理论知识,为大三年级及以上的药学本科生设计“苦水玫瑰和重瓣玫瑰多成分对比研究”综合实验。完成实验方案的设计、实验条件的选择、实验技能的培养、实验现象的观察、实验数据的处理、文献资料的查阅、实验结果的讨论到实验报告的书写等全方位训练。在整个项目的实施过程中以学生为中心,以问题为导向,紧密联系科学研究的热点并结合专业理论知识,不仅培养了学生的科研兴趣和创新能力,也锻炼了学生的综合实验能力,取得了较好的学习效果。
The students' ability of independent design,independent analysis and problem-solving was trained.The students'’interest in solving practical problems was taken as a traction,and combined with the theoretical knowledge of natural medicine chemistry,drug analysis,instrumental analysis and other disciplines,a comprehensive experiment on“multi component comparative study of Rosa Sertata×Rosa Rugosa and Rosa rugose cv.Plena”was designed.The training of designing the experimental scheme,choosing experimental conditions,developing experimental skills,observing experimental phenomena,processing experimental data,consulting literature,discussing experimental results and writing experimental reports was completed.The conduction of the project is student-centered,issue-oriented and contacts closely with the research focus and students' theoretical knowledge.Meanwhile,the conduction of the project can not only stimulate students' research interests and innovative ability,but also improve their comprehensive experimental ability.Therefore,good results have been achieved in the conduction of the project.
