“引导学生主动思考”理念下物理药剂学实验教学改革探索

摘要 物理药剂学实验作为理论教学的辅助,运用所学理论知识解决药物制剂在设计和制备中遇到的实际问题,培养学生综合实验能力。通过总结物理药剂学实验安排存在的问题,基于“引导学生主动思考”的教学理念,从教学内容、教学模式和教学方法三方面进行物理药剂学实验改革探索。(1)通过删减、保留、新增实验内容,构建以“提高难溶性药物溶解度”为主线,应用物理化学的基本原理指导药物制剂制备的知识体系。(2)运用“Problem-Based Learning(PBL)+翻转课堂”教学模式,围绕“提高吲哚美辛溶解度”这一主题开展专题讨论。(3)采用线上线下相结合的教学方法激发学生学习兴趣。实践证明,此次实验教学改革,可有效提高教学质量。 As an aid to theoretical teaching,physical pharmacy experiments played an important role in cultivating students’comprehensive ability.It used the theoretical knowledge to solve the practical problems in the design and preparation of pharmaceutical preparations.On the basis of summarizing the problems of physical pharmacy experiment in Hebei Medical University,this paper explored the reform of physical pharmacy experiment from the aspects of teaching content,teaching mode and teaching method based on the teaching concept of“guiding students to actively think”.(1)By deleting,reserving and adding experimental contents,we constructed the knowledge system of applying the basic principles of physical chemistry to guide the preparation of pharmaceutical preparations.(2)The teaching mode of“Problem-Based Learning(PBL)+flipped classroom”was used to improve students’learning initiative.We carried out special discussion and open class of designed experiment on the topic of“improving the solubility of indomethacin”.(3)We used online and offline teaching methods to stimulate students’interest in learning.Practice has proved that the reform of experimental teaching can effectively improve the teaching quality.
