高校教学实验项目安全风险评估研究与探索

摘要 为进一步提升教学实验项目安全风险评估的可操作性,通过分析教学实验安全管理现状及特色,构建了基于过程管理的教学实验项目风险评估体系,建立基于危险因素(人的因素、物的因素、环境因素、管理因素)的风险辨识指标,采用层次分析法改进作业条件危险性评价法(LEC),使其更适用于高校教学实验项目实际,实例验证表明,该风险评估体系指标明确、可操作性强,可一目了然实验过程中的安全风险等级,可有效指导实验项目进行风险管控,可用于教学实验项目风险评估。 In order to further improve the operability of safety risk assessment of teaching experiment projects,this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of teaching experiment safety management,constructs the risk assessment system of teaching experiment project,establishes risk identification indicators based on risk factors(human factors,physical factors,environmental factors and management factors),uses analytic hierarchy process to improve the risk assessment of operating conditions(LEC)to make it more suitable for teaching experiment projects.Example verification shows that the risk assessment system has clear indicators and strong operability.The safety risk level in the experiment process can be clearly seen.It can effectively guide the risk control of experimental projects and be used for the risk assessment of teaching experimental projects.
