This paper aims to explore a human vital sign perception method based on millimeter wave radar technology.Mllimeter wave radar,as a wireless sensing technology,has broad application potential in the field of vital sign perception.It can achieve non invasive,long distance,and high-resolution monitoring of vital signs,including the measurement of key parameters such as respiration,heartbeat,and movement.This paper provides a detailed overview of millimeter wave radar technology,explore its advantages in vital sign perception,and studies and designs a system that utilizes millimeter wave radar for human vital sign perception algorithms.Intended to provide reference for the application of millimeter wave radar in the field of vital sign perception and provide strong support for future research and innovation.
